What makes work feel personal?
There's a quality to certain work, you can't always name it, where you can feel the person behind it. That's not an accident. It's a choice. And it's one we make deliberately on every project.
Founder-led doesn't just mean one person signs the invoices. It means one person is accountable for every decision: the headline, the hierarchy, the colour, the feeling of the thing. It means when something isn't right, there's no committee to blame and no process to hide behind.
That accountability changes how you work. It makes you slower in some ways and faster in others. But most importantly, it makes the work feel like it came from somewhere. Which, in our experience, is the difference between work people remember and work they scroll past.
