A long-term partner for the work that keeps a bank moving
NatWest Group covers some of the most recognisable names in UK banking — NatWest, RBS, Coutts, and Lombard. The work a group that size needs from a creative partner isn't a single brand project. It's the ability to keep showing up, across ten years, for the teams that actually move the business forward. Innovation teams prototyping the next generation of digital banking. Fraud teams trying to protect millions of customers from increasingly sophisticated scams. We sat alongside both.

Innovation design, prototyping, and fraud education at scale
On the innovation side we supported the Bankline platform, the corporate portal, MyCash dashboards, MVP concepts, Project Zebra, open banking work, and the ongoing programme of digital transformation across NatWest and RBS. Design, prototyping, and the kind of visual thinking that helps internal teams get buy-in and move faster.
On the fraud side we produced education films covering invoice redirection, CEO and client impersonation, vishing, Bogus Boss and a range of other scam types. Clear, calm, short-form video content built to help customers recognise fraud before it happens. The work spanned storyboards, scripts, animation and delivery, repeated year on year as the threat landscape evolved.

Ten years of work that had to land, not just look good
Banking work doesn't forgive loose thinking. Over the decade we spent inside the group, we built a relationship based on showing up with the right answer at the right time, whether that was a prototype landing with a leadership team or a fraud film that had to make sense to every NatWest and RBS customer in the country.
